COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS (UPDATED DEC 8, 2020): 

Your safety is my number one priority at the clinic.  The following measures have been put into place to keep both of us safe and healthy while visiting the clinic during these unprecedented times. 

  1. After booking your appointment a COVID-19 Screening Survey is sent via email 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please complete this screening BEFORE  coming in for your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns about the questions being asked please call the clinic asap to discuss before coming in.
  2. Once you arrive for your scheduled appointment time (mask must be worn at all times), please use the hand sanitizer found in the waiting room and each treatment room. Please enter the treatment room not in use, use the basket on the chair for your belongings. 
  3. Your temperature will be taken using an infrared thermometer and recorded on your file.
  4. Prior to beginning treatment, Sara will wash her hands thoroughly for 15 seconds with soap and water. Client will use hand sanitizer provided.
  5. When your treatment is done please gather your belongings so the room can be fully wiped down and air out prior to the next scheduled appt in 30 minutes (air purifier is always running).
  6. The door to the clinic will be opened for you when you leave to minimise your contact with surfaces and cleaned in the process. 

Please note, all practitioners and clients must have their temperature taken when in the clinic and recorded. If there’s any hesitation to come into your appointment due to COVID-19 potential contact or symptoms PLEASE DO NOT COME IN.  The cancellation fee will be waived.

The clinic safety binder is available for anyone to review, this lists what would happen if there were a case at the clinic and what safety protocols will ensure following Public Health guidelines and the associations (OOA & OAO) recommendations.
